Live Plants

Our plants are living products, so each one is unique. Variations in size, colour, shape and fullness are natural and should be expected. Seasonal changes may also affect the appearance of plants.

Delivery

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, or incorrect address details.
  • Someone should be available to receive your order where possible to avoid plants being left outside for extended periods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the plant(s) and any packaging.
  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted, as we cannot determine how the plants have been cared for after delivery.

Plant Care

Plants are living products and require appropriate care after arrival. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or decline caused by incorrect watering, unsuitable growing conditions, frost, pests, disease, or neglect after delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns unless an item is damaged, faulty, or supplied in error.

If your claim is approved, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement plant (subject to availability).
  • A refund.
  • Store credit.

The resolution offered is at our discretion and in accordance with your statutory rights.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure plant descriptions, photographs and sizes are accurate. However, images are for illustrative purposes only, and plants may vary naturally depending on the season and stage of growth.
