All orders are sent with Royal Mail and are carefully packed in our custom-made plant packaging, designed to fit through your letterbox wherever possible. 🌱📦

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible after they’re placed. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a couple of extra days, but we’ll always get your plants on their way to you as quickly as we can.

If you order multiple plants or plants from our 9cm range, your order may be too large for letterbox delivery and will be packaged accordingly but still in our super packaging.

When your plants arrive, open your package as soon as possible and give them a little care after their journey. 🌱

If you’ve ordered plug plants, we recommend potting them on as soon as you receive them to help them settle in and continue growing.

Our 9cm plants are garden-ready, so they can be planted out when conditions are suitable.
